I paid for an item using PP. I returned the item to the vendor and they issued credit to my PP account. The payment was conducted using my credit card. The computer person who goes through systematic questioning, indicated the credit would be transferred back to the credit card. I cannot find the transaction in PP or my credit card in the amount nor in the date range. It's like the amount disappeared from my statement.

Go to the original puchase transaction on your activity list--on you computer.
A refund would be associated with that transaction. The refund will be linked to that transaction; it happens immediately. It will, however take days to return to the original funding source.
