Euros to Dollars

Is there a fee or waiting period when a friend sends you euros that need to be converted into us dollars? I've had a problem recently where a friend sent me euros converted to us dollars through paypal but it doesn't show that i've received it and i didn't get an email.

If she sent you DOLLARS then you would get it instantly.

If she sent you EUROS then you would need to add Euros as a receiving currency in your paypal account and convert them yourself.

Also double check the email address she sent the funds to and make sure there was not a typo in it and that it is correct.

You said that she has converted her euros into US DOLLARS but you did not get it,then she could have a wrong email address.
