help with putting my paypal balance on my paypal mastercard

help how do i get my pay pal balance on to my paypal mastercard. because i keep seeing my balance is one thing but when i call my card is says zero!

You cannot transfer funds to your PayPal Extras Master card.  Is that what you wanted to do?

well then how do i make that money i have recieved available on my paypal mastercard , so i can spend it

PayPal Extras Master Card is a credit card; you use it for pruchases and then you pay your bill.

If you have a debit card it's different.

If you have a pre-paid debit card it's different.

If would help if you state exactly what card you have.

my bad i went ahead and called customer service and they gave me all of the info. so now i am set ! yea!! but thank you so much for taking the time to try to help me .
