Will my PayPal business Mastercard work at the gas pump if I have no balance?

Under the Manage my card setting in your account, you can set up the back up funding option for your PayPal Business card. This funding back up option is where PayPal will draw funds from, in case of a zero balance in your PayPal account.

If you haven't already, you can activate the one percent cash back option for your card, in the manage my card settings as well.
