How can I contact my customer without calling them? I just want to email them through PayPal about an order issue/availability.
I do have their email address and tried that way through my yahoo business email associated with my web store, but no response in 10+ days. I was so sure PayPal had a route through which I could make contact. Thank you in advance for your help.
