I have a big problem with PayPal and please for advice.
For years, they collect my money into a deposit. I have an add-on to PYPL account for two Payoneer MasterCard and Visa cards. With Payoneer been made for my account in December 2015 to connect. No withdrawal is made.
- The other problem is, let PYPL not allow me to log in to my old Personal account where my money is, to see the balance myself and myself to pay.
Help me and thank you in advance.
