I sold a few items so I created an invoice because the buyer didn't have paypal. They paid their invoice I have shipped their item & they have received it but I didn't get tracking info for the item. Will I not receive my funds if there is no tracking?

Do you create a PayPal invoice with all product detais, images, and shipping information and send that invoice to the buyer?

What does the PayPal transcation detail show about the payment?

Without tracking delivery confirmation is at serious risk as the buyer can file a claim for non-delivery.

The rest depends on your answers.

In the invoice I out the product details but not a photo. I send the buyer a picture of the shipping recipe from the post office it did not have tracking info on it. I know they have recorded the items because the buyer has kept in contact via Facebook.

USPS priority mail should come with tracking and $50-$100 insurance.

if it is large sum and it keeps you awake at night,you can either buy insuance from third party such as u-pic or ship insurance,priority comes with some insurance.

or mail a small gift like note and candy with tracking as follow up,cost is $2.62 if you print a label online,it would have tracking.

if they file item not received,then use that tracking.
