i already submiting document proof for a usage threshold since 3 weeks ago but why i'm not getting any update notification yet. and now, i can't sent the payment and i got email that my account was got limited. please help. i already sent the email 3 times but not get any response yet.

You are not providing sufficient details about the issue. What documents were requested for proof? What was the reason?
Apparently you were doing suspicious activity with your account and now you can't use your acccount.
No one here knows what you were doing. Now you can only respond to whatever PayPal asks.
