can you use paypal on amazon and if so how do i add it
No, it does not accept PayPal.
However, Some folks have used the PayPal Business Debit card that deducts out of your PayPal account but there have been reports of it not working as recent as today on the Amazon boards.
You can use the Paypal business debit card as a debit card,not a credit card on AMZN
Not aware it is having problem today with AMZN.
I used mine yesterday in a store,not a problem.
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
