We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now

i get this message, i have enough funds in my account and i want to send it to my frnd

Also my paypal account is uk account and i am currenlty in india for a few months is that the reason i am getting this issue
, its not verified but i am sending money within the limits.

Again and again this note!

Just get rid of this pointless safety issue - it deosn't make paypal safer, it just makes it unusable.

I just started to go through the same issue, I've already written 3 times to Paypal about it and they only respond with auto messages and claim it's due to the Internation Security Program when since I created my account I've done international payments and bigger than $12 which they say it's unusual for my account.

I've been verified for years, always used the same connection at home so I don't know what's wrong.

Fix this asap, Paypal.

I am getting this error message "We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now". My account is verified, I have deleted cookies and browser.

I NEED help and suport   my paypal  balance is 25 euro..i lose this money?:(((

I had this message too!
Eveytime I tried to buy something! 

 

I just downloaded the app and sended the money back to my bank.

I still can't buy anything with my paypal account, but now I at least have my money back!

Not telling us why it fails for 'security reasons' makes about as much sense as a car that just says "problem" instead of low/out-of gas, lean/rich mixture, and so on.  It might be a trivial issue (say, your IP address which you could fix by remoting into your home server's desktop) or it could be that your bank refused payment (not so trivial as this usually gets your account locked soon enough).  This is coming from the same people that believe in total transparency when it comes to seeing your purchase and income history, but like a 1-way mirror when looking at their bureaucracy.  BTW, Illinois finally backtracked officially (in court) on sousveillance.

 

$12?  Haha nice joke since that 'large amount' doesn't even cover shipping for most international source/destination combinations with the smallest boxes.

It's going to be already a week since I started having this issue and now that I complained about the auto response emails, they don't have anything else to say, I mean, do they know or not what's wrong with this issue and why they can't fix it?

It must be something from their end because I could still get money and thankfully I transfered it to my bank account, I'll feel really relieved when I see it in my balance because at this rate, I was afraid I was going to lose my money.

To whoever from the PayPal staff read this, fix this issue or at least tell us what's wrong.

I have had this issue solved

 

The reason this is happening to everyone is because your account has been flagged by their security system. When it gets flagged, it does not let you send payment or receive payment. 

 

To resolve, you must call them and they must remove the security block. It took a 20 minute phone conversation for me this afternoon.

I could have bet the only way to fix this was going to be call Paypal since the email support must not have idea what to do with this issue since it has been already two days I sent my complain and this time they even sent me an auto message.

It's a shame these issues happen with which supposed to be the leader of internet payments.
