We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now

i get this message, i have enough funds in my account and i want to send it to my frnd

Also my paypal account is uk account and i am currenlty in india for a few months is that the reason i am getting this issue
, its not verified but i am sending money within the limits.

 

Pls help

Same problem, cannot buy anything from ebay, or different seller websites, aswell as sending directly, sometimes you can send to someone for a small amount, but thats rare, and its definetally paypal's fault. Yesterday my friend tried to buy few digital items from blizzard store, same error. he was verified aswell.

Same problem here.

My account is verified and I have money in paypal balance. I can't pay for ebay items or paypal invoice for 15 days. I called over 8 times help center but I think that operators are poorly trained for real issues. I think paypal needs to pay for this unjustice and I also think  they don't give a **bleep** for our problems.

Hmm, maybe they had it all on Mt. Gox and are experiencing a bank run.  😉

 

J/K, but timing makes that statement hilariously funny.

 

Seriously, why does it work for a few (small, ~$2 to $10) eBay auctions, then fails when trying to send $5 to a friend?  Useless error messages and support lines designed to burn your phone minutes/battery life/drive you elevator-music-crazy/give you phone neck.  Or even worse, advertisements for VISA/MC for an hour.  What ever happened to calling people back?!

The same issue happens to me since yesterday. Its really frustrating. I tried to make payments directly form paypal, via ebay checkout, i have cleared cookies, i tried to use proxy server, nothing helped. 

The Paypal crew constantly ignoring the problem is very remarkable.

I tried to email them in the morning let's see what will happen.

Holly *****!! you are destroying my business!!! I mailed you about 5 mails but no answer till now, only auto send email recived 5 times! I CAN'T MAKE PAYMENT FIX MY ACC. I just can't say in words how angry i am and how hard is for me to not swear here. I know i made biggest mistake to choce paypal. This company **bleep**. Payment sistem = 0%

Support team =0% responsiveness = 0%. FIX MY ACC IN 2 DAYS, becouse on monday i will go to police and write report, about the fact that you can not fulfill your contract terms and be breach of contract what we concluded, to registration with my paypal. Thank you. i hope this will make you work faster.

This seems to be very common, the same error is happening with me...

I would like to think that Paypal Support is good...

I have had my paypal for a long time, done some transactions and stuff, everything ok.

But now i can't do anything, plus, i did what others said, such as, cleaning cookies, and stuff, nothing helped.

 

If only i could have a solution it would be very nice.
