Verify paypal but different name of virtual visa card

Im thinking of verifying my paypal and my mom let me use her another virtual visa card. But the problem is, will i be able to verify my paypal if the name of the virtual visa card is different to my paypal name?

P.S The billing statement is the same as my paypal account and the vcc. Or paypal only verify the adress?

The name/address on PayPal account and funding source you are adding must match or PayPal won't be able to verify it.
