Hello everyone, Anyone can help me understand, please? Can I use my paypal balance to pay a client's bank account or ACH?

Thanks!

I'm not sure how to address this...

First I certainly hope you run a reputable business that depends on honest dealings to survive because I'm not so sure if I'd even want to ask a client to do this. They may not fully understand the implications but they may also not take it in a very good light if they do.  Doing what you suggest would not only give you the power to deposit but also to withdraw money from your client's account, basically to do what you ask would give you full access to their account.

Unless it's with a very close and understanding family member I might suggest finding an alternate method of transferring money.

not sure what you are asking?

ACH is among member banks  of the Fed Reserve system,Paypal is a payment processor, not a Bank.

if you want to send  fund to your client's bank account using Paypal fund, the only way I can think of is to send payment to his Paypal account, and he will transfer the fund to his bank account which is linked to his Paypal account .

or you can transfer your Paypal fund to your bank account and then do online interbanking knowing his bank name (routing number) and his bank account number, this would be ACH ,this would be done at your bank website.
