I am a new pay pal user.. the payment for the item i delivered was withheld for 2 weeks and it was suppose to be available yesterday MArch 23, 2018 at around 2pm.. i checked my bank account several times until this morning march 24 , 2018 around past 8am and my bank balance is still the same.. what should i do? did i missed something? how can i claim for the payment.. Please help guys.. thank you so much.
If the funds were pending they would still SHOW in your paypal account balance and once cleared then you can transfer them to your bank account by clicking on withdraw funds.
If you funds are NOT showing in your paypal balance then you have been scammed and the emails were spoofs.
