I am a new pay pal user.. the payment for the item i delivered was withheld for 2 weeks and it was suppose to be available yesterday MArch 23, 2018 at around 2pm.. i checked my bank account several times until this morning march 24 , 2018 around past 8am and my bank balance is still the same.. what should i do? did i missed something? how can i claim for the payment..
