Stylewe Refunds

I placed an order with Stylewe and was very disappointed with the quality, fit, and customer service. Returning the items was almost impossible, I received notice of a refund to my paypal account, but it was not a full refund. Of course, I now realize it is almost impossible to contact Stylewd and there is no hope of in person contact.  Does anyone have suggestions how to get an explanation of the refund?
