I bought a product and once it arrived it was not as described. The seller did not want to cooperate and i ended up having to get paypal involved. They ended up siding with me and telling me to ship back the product and once it was received it would be refunded to my account. When i spoke with them on the phone they said they would cover up to $30 in return shipping but i am unsure how to go about submitting the correct amount i paid for return shipping to get that refund issued as well. how to i go about this?
