An Ebay seller has informed me that he has refunded my payment after he found the postage was too expensive. It took him 3 weeks to decide this However, I can find no record of this refund after 5 days.
The payment was made with my Debit Card.
Is there any way I can check if the money was refunded or do I just have to take his word for it, and hope for the best
