That's unfortunate, I'm sorry to hear the funds haven't come through yet. 😞 Was this a payment from the bank? If so, we have to wait for the bank to finish processing the transfer to deposit the funds. If this was paid with a card, the refund usually takes 3-5 business days to complete into the card account, but can take up to 30 days to reflect on the card. If the seller funded their refund with an eCheck, this can extend the time frame for the refund as well, as we have to wait for the eCheck to process before completing the refund.
