bank to paypal payments

I am to recieve an amount of money from a buyer who has sent money from their bank account, i know it takes 3-5 days but shouldnt i be able to see the payment as pending for those 3-5 days? or only after the transfer has gone through until i claim it?

Great question - if someone sends you a payment, even if it's still processing or pending, it will show up in your account as a pending payment. If you don't see anything in your account, it means they haven't successfully paid you, and you are not obligated to send anything or complete any services. I would check with your buyer to ensure they completed the payment. If they did, make sure your email and/or phone number are confirmed, depending on how they sent you the payment. If they are, you may be dealing with a fraudulent buyer, and I would advise looking to sell elsewhere.
