Payments Rejected and There is no reason Why

when i try to checkout in website this masage show after log in to my acc in paypal 

Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay. 

im resaerch of problem and im not found any Solution 

And im go to Help (paypal) and go to Message Center and add Message for the problem 
And later addition the Message says we will check and Reply for 24 hours ...

and after  24 hours im not I receive any reply about the problem in the mail or paypal acc 

and if i check  Message Center this show to me "Your messages cannot be displayed at this time."

I hope that is the answer to the problem on Message Center and community help .....

Could be blocked because of risk reasons.  What were you trying to buy?

Have you tried to buy from another website?

Gaming sites is not a good way to try it out on.  PayPal system is highly suspicious of it.
