Payment not received when package has been shipped.

The USPS website says my package has been shipped, but when I try to mark it as shipped on the details page it says "sorry your action can not be completed."

Why would you post an item that has not been paid for yet?

It has been paid for the payment is on hold but it wont let me access it even though the item has been shipped

The money is released when tracking shows package is delivered, plus 3 days.

Is there a tracking number listed on the details page?  IF so, then there is no need to mark it shipped.  You only do it if no tracking number was uploaded to the transaction.

Yes there is a valid tracking number but I want the on hold balance to be available

Was it Ebay OR a private transaction.

If it was Ebay then normally its when tracking shows delivery + 3 days BUT if it was not Ebay then it can be 7 days + after tracking shows item as delivered.
