Payment Not Received

A friend sent me money exactly one week ago today. It was pulled from her bank account on October 16th (she showed me the screenshot of her bank statement). On her PayPal screen it still shows as pending. I have checked my PayPal, my email, my bank account - everything - over and over again, and I’ve gotten no indication that she has paid other than her showing me her screen shots. And I’ve already checked that my email was verified; it is.... Obviously the funds have been paid, but where have they been for the last seven days; where are they even now? When will I get them - if ever?

Your friend should phone PayPal support to investigate the transaction number.  She needs to investigate what happened.

did you get an email from Paypal saying you get cash?

Yes, she definitely has my email correct, and I’ve received cash many times over the last several years.
