When I try to run a customers card I get the following message: "TRY AGAIN We're sorry this transaction could not be completed. Please try again or cancel this order." Then I can select to try again or cancel no matter how many times I try it will not go through. Customer has contacted cc and no charges have been attemted. IT appears to only be this card as I have not had this happen with any of the other cards my customers use. Thanks for any help.

Hand entering number Mastercard Cellular 4G and/or wifi Central California Samsung Galaxy S5 2.7.0 build 3038 Called support this afternoon. First they said I had a weak signal, then when I told them I could run any other card hey claimed the cc was being declined. Card worked for months before and customer called bank, bank says no attempt to charge made.

Do you have a reader attached?
I've never done a manual entry as I assume you are attempting to describe, so I no clue of the actually steps you are taking and how your "charge" the card. That's the reason I was asking for details of what you are doing.
I do know that weak signals can cause problems.
As for card declined, the customer would need to phone the card number to ask.

I opened a Square account after getting the runaround from PayPal Techs. Probem solved. They also offer automatic recourring payments which is very hepful in my business.
