Not authorized to add funds??

Hi all,

I have a negative balance on my account due to an automatic payment using an expired credit card.  I've tried to add funds to my account using my new credit card but PayPal says I'm not authorized to do so.  And right now I can't use my account at all.  

Help please!

In the U. S. you cannot add funds from a credit card; you need to use your bank account---or sell something.
