Hello! I just made an eBay account and I had 10$ in my Paypal balance I wanted to by few small things I bought an 2 items for 0.99$ each and when I try to buy another item my eBay doesn't allow me to buy it! I look into my Paypal account and all the money has gone! When I check the history there is only 2 payments for 0.99$ and there is no other transaction displayed! Where is my money??? Thanks!
These are my only 3 transactions I have ever made ... I found similar cases here in paypal community and I didn't find ant solution about this problem ...
You are showing the summary only. The ACTIVITY tab will give you more information and a running balance; that would be helpful.
On the summary is shows AVAILABLE balance the the real account balance; the summary is not the a accounting balance.
Sicneyou have the transaction of $10 coming in on 22 Jan, it isn't yet available to to use, so you zero avaialble to use, but your accounting balance should be higher on the activity page.
I sold an electronic device to a buyer through TalkBass.com in early February but the sale was between just the two of us. The item was shipped UPS insured, he received it, and has been using it ever since. I received an email from PayPal immediately showing a deposit into my account of $417 plus change. That has never shown up on my account. I received my February account today from PayPal and it shows no money, no money on hold, nor even any transactions. My money has just disappeared. I would like to have it.
Did you check your PayPal account for payment before shipping? My guess is that you did not or you would have seen there was no money. Did you verify the sender of the email stating payment received? My guess is "not", otherwise you would have seen that it was a fake email.
So, no money was ever received. You shipped your product without first receiving payment. Nothing more do do.
The noticication of money received in my account from the buyer (I am the seller) was sent on Feb 16 from PayPal to my email address. I did not mail (via UPS) the item until later that day AFTER I received notice that the money had been delivered, and that PayPal had taken out their portion, and the rest was mine. I am not new to PayPal and in the past I have received my money into my account within 15 minutes or so, and immediately deposited it into my bank account. This is something I've not experienced before. I have tried to contact a 'real' person at PayPal to no avail. I keep getting emails saying that no one reads those emails. So far no one has replied to my issue from PayPal.
