ITS BEEN 10 DAYS the seller has not responded and case is still OPEN

Hello i recently got scammed and opened a claim the seller had 10 days to answer and has not,its now day 11 and still no sign of paypal closing the case or giving me a refund

I think it normally takes a few days after the ten for PayPal to make a decision.  It would also depend on the complexity of the claim.
