Have been being charged for over 1 year of something I have NEVER had, never subscribed to, no account, no nothing. Have tried so many times to stop payment from clearing Paypal. Have absolutely no pending purchases or purchases period with said company. Finally touched based with an actual REAL live person from said company on the 3rd of January and basically threatened to have the BBB and my lawyers contact them to STOP billing me. It was absolutely not a pre-approved payment. They finally researched my account - found it valid- gave me a case # through their company. I called Paypal after 3 hours of recordings, disconnects, on hold and call backs and they took my dispute case # down and said I had a valid claim and could not get more than 6 months of a refund but hey.. I am good with that - just stop paying them. Sent me a claim # from themselves that they opened , was going to contact said company and I would hear something within 3 days. Today.. I received an email saying they sided with said company and claim had been denied. WTH??? It is not a pre-approved payment, I have never pre-approved anything with these people. Any advice??

Is it actually showing in here or not?

Click on the profile tab (icon next to log out) > Click on payments third option along on the thick blue band top of page > and under "manage upcoming payments" top left of page second option down is pre-approved payments.

It was showing pre approved until I opened the claim. Ihad called numerous times trying to get them to stop billing me, with not alot of help. I honestly did not know about that option until the last claim was filed. They had better not bill me again since they have been removed or my paypal account will close quickly. In 2013 my son had an account but had since moved and changed payment options on their end, but since I had not removed them from my paypal list... theu have been double billing us since... everyone watch Microsoft accounts!
