Anyone else irritated that PayPal has discontinued the "Pay After DeliveryDelivery" option on eBay? It was so nice and helpful to have that option, for those of us who wish to stay away from charge cards. I was a good customer , never a problem and feel punished for the likely abuse that most likely ended the option. I know I bought more, because I felt like I had time to plan my payments. And, knowing I had only two weeks and it was auto drafted, I did not worry that I would overspend. Though it only gave you two weeks to before your payment auto drafted, it was TWO weeks to prepare! It was just a nice option and it did encourage me to spend more freely. Why punish good customers? Attempts to force us to get credit cards may not work for everyone, and will not work on me.
