I am getting a message that states i will be Billed $15.00 on January 1st. But as far as I can tell all payments purchases had been accounted for eccept this latest. I can't seem to go through the pay pal site to ask a question other than by phone. Is there any other way to contact them about this charge? Thanks in advance from Joe Boscoe
