How long does it take to receive a friend's payment via credit card into my Paypal balance?

I requested a payment from a friend and she wants to pay via credit card. Will her payment go into my Paypal balance right away? If so, can I then immediately use the Paypal balance to pay someone else through Paypal? 

Also, when you pay a friend with a credit card or debit card, how does the transaction show up on the monthly statement? Does it show who you paid?

If the payment is for goods and services, you will need to wait to spend the money.

You'll know better when your friend successfully send the money; it may not even happen.

i have the same problem too...,how long it takes?.i make the payment yesterday,yet still the person not receive any.
