How do I receive money from another paypal user?

Someone wants to buy an item from me and would like to send me money via Paypal.  We are both Paypal users.  How do I go about doing this?

Create a PayPal invoice, include all details, images, and shipping information.  Send the invoice to the buyer.  The buyer pays.  It's all documented for your records.
