How do I make a recurring payment to a business or individual

This is what Help says: ----- Can I make automatic payments with PayPal Credit?

Here's how you can set up automatic payments for PayPal Credit:

1. Click Make a Payment under PayPal Credit on the left side of the page.
2. Click Set up automatic payments.

There's only ONE slight problem.....There IS no "Make a Payment" under "PayPal Credit" on the left side of my home page. There's not even a "PayPal" credit.

I have:
PayPal Balance

Banks and Cards

Selling Tools 

More About your Account

That is it!!!
And nothing at the top sends me there: (I tried to upload a couple of  pics, but I couldn't get it to highlight "Done"...I clicked "Upload", picked a location, but nothing worked).

At the top is Summary, Activity, Send & Request, Wallet, Benefit & Offers, Search, a Bell image and Settings.

Extremely frustrating!

PayPal updates their user interface around and have different layouts depending on business or personal accounts and region of your account so the steps they give might be off.  Try the Wallet page as payment methods in general are located there.

I am in the US if that helps.

Thanks, but the Wallet was no help. The only options are to change/link a card and add money.
