Does Paypal allow Payoneer (US BANK ACCOUNT) in 2016?

I want to inquire if paypal has again started this services of Payoneer Bank Account?

From what I've seen on other postings, PayPal does NOT allow Payoneer accounts as Payoneer does not meet up to PayPal's security standards.

Hi thearith - Thanks for reaching out to us here. Good question. One would not be able to add a Payoneer bank account, or any other virtual bank account that may be linked with a prepaid debit card for that matter, to PayPal due to their nature. One would have to add a traditional bank account to PayPal.
