Hi, Last day I have received a payment (750 USD) from USA. But Paypal says "There's a problem with your account. Be sure to resolve it so you have full access to your account again". After that I have uploaded my Passport(My own country passport) for Proof of name and date of birth. Also updated my all information and uploaded my Australian Photo ID for Confirm Identity for Proof of Address. But There is an another option for Proof of Address. In that section Paypal says " we require a document that contains your full name and date of birth" In this case I have uploaded my two documents(Passport and Australian Photo ID) which has my full name and date of birth. For Proof of Address Paypal need some document like Utility Bill. But does not come with my name because I am not owner of this house I am here as sublet. In this circumstance can you please help me out from here. I need to remove my account limitation. If I want to refund the payment to the person who sent it to me, is it possible to refund? Seriously I need your help. Thanks in advance.

You will need to provide PayPal with the documents requested. If you are unable to do so, you will likely not be able to remove the limitation.
For now you'll need to contact PayPal customer service to discuss options.
