Hi, I have a claim close for a eBay payment. Seller send a parcel to me but USPS made a mistake and mark the parcel as delivered and then appear like return to sender. If you could check the tracking number you will see that the parcel was return to sender and delivered to him today. Now I don't have my money or my order. I have contacted the seller but he don't want to help me. Please, can you help me? Tracking number is nine four zero five five zero nine six nine nine nine three seven three three four seven seven zero zero five zero zero. Sender had the parcel and the money and I don't have nothing. Now I can't claim anything because you close me the case. Please, could you help me? It was medicines for my grandpa and I really need the items or the money to buy another one with other seller. Please, I really need your help. Thanks
