I ordered 1 item from ebay and it charged me a duplicate, I have been trying to resolve this issue with the Bank and PayPal and nobody seems to take fault. I paI'd 234.95 and it was taken out again, Different ID numbers on my bank statement. What can I do PayPal told me the first transaction went through and the 2nd didn't go through, I used express checkout through ebay could someone eplease tell me how to get my money back.

How can anyone here know more then what PayPal told you?
No one here has accees to your PayPal acocunt and transaction details.
If yo want to make your transaction details available for public viewing then someone could explain.

You are the right place, but no one can really know if they have a siimilar situation as your details are not disclosed.
If you are concerned about PayPal's response just call again and talk to a different specialist.

I have called many times this is going on 2 weeks, I was told last week on Wednesday and Friday and Saturday my funds would fall off and put back on my card, I call again today and the lady I spoke to said I've been lied to.. it's just stressful that's money taken from my special needs child who I was trying to order for. I will try to contact them again tomorrow, thank you.

Call your bank to reverse the dupe payment, if PayPal doesn't pan out, as a last resort.
