How dangerous or common for a vendor are payment reversals while selling on Paypal?

I don't understand.  Why would you expect a payment reversal?  What is a payment reversal?

I mean when someone pays you and the proceeds to call their bank claiming that it's a fraudulent charge and as a consequence their bank reimburse the payment back to the person whereas they keep your merchandise plus their money.

You have no idea about the buyer making the purchase.  That is the reponsbility of PayPal and the credit card processor.

That's why PayPal offers seller protection.  As long as you comply with ALL of PayPal requirements for seller protection PayPal would reimburse yo for any lost funds.

You won't need a business account.  If you have certain transactions which appear to be business then PayPal would let  you know.  Before considering a bsiness account work on defining your business adn how you will do your business accounting.
