Customer can't pay...receives and error message.

I've sent an invoice but the person trying to pay the invoice is receiving an error message...see screenshot.

How was the recipient trying to pay?

Did the recipient try again?

They tried twice already. Not sure how they were trying to pay...how does this affect the transaction?
