Customer can't pay...receives and error message.

Hi,

 

I've sent an invoice but the person trying to pay the invoice is receiving an error message...see screenshot.Screen Shot 2017-04-16 at 7.06.16 PM.png

How was the recipient trying to pay?

Did the recipient try again?

They tried twice already. Not sure how they were trying to pay...how does this affect the transaction?
