Closed Dispute but Case still appearing as Open?

Hello everyone,

I believe I have a problem but I am not completely sure if I do or not.

Recently I purchased something through Paypal for $10.00, 30 minutes later I got a text on my phone saying that my purchase was marked as suspicious and asked me to respond Yes if I meant to do it and No if I didn't. At the time I wasn't thinking much and forgot about the recent transaction I made, so I typed No and it opened up a fraud case/dispute on my account. I instantly called Paypal and one of the Employees ran me through how to close the dispute, once I closed it on my end it said the Dispute was closed and the Employee said it was closed on his end as well. We hung up and a couple hours later I went back to my Paypal and it said that my account was limited, I went to the Resolution center and it showed that the case was still Open and under review by Paypal.

Whenever I was in my default "Resolution Center" it showed the case as "Open" and "Being Reviewed by Paypal". But at the bottom of my screen there is an option that is named, "Switch to Classic view of Resolution Center" and when I click that it says I have no open cases. I'll provide screenshot links taken by an application named, "Gyazo". Feel free to look up the program to make sure it is safe.

Classic View of Resolution Center - https://gyazo.com/c796d1cd971e95fbc86ed915ad474f26

Basically what I'm trying to say is I am extremely confused. Is my Case/Dispute closed or not, because I do not want the Dispute/Case to go through. Please help.
