I recentley appealed a refund decision on a dispute which had a confirmed delivery status via the eBay gsp system. What are the next steps as I am no out of pocket around £150 in total cost of product and sale price

I'm the seller and eBay advised my buyer his claim was too long after the sale for them to do anything. PayPal have just decided in the buyers favor I think. I've supplied tracking ref

Failure of delivery supposedly. I use royal mail tracked postage for the domestic part of the delivery and then eBay handlers take over for the international portion. The item was received there so what more could I do
