Clear queued IPN from sandbox account

My seller account on sand box has numerous queued notifications. I had a bug that caused failures but it has been 23 hours since I could send a new one. I am able to resend notifications which now succeed.  But I am not able to initiate new ones.

You may want to visit the Merchant Support Community for Sandbox questions or issues as there are PayPal Techs there who may be able to assist.

About an hour after my post, the queue processed and is now clear.
