Hello i sold a card on ebay,the winner told me he paid with paypal and it shows paid for on my ebay..but...when comin on paypal to check no payment shows up??? He told me it takes up to 20 days for a payment to go through. Ive never heard of that plus everyone elses payments have came through but his whats the deal??
If there is no record of the transaction in your PayPal activity, then just wait until it does; do NOT ship until your PayPal account shows the transaction and a completed transactions. It's not your problem.
Just let the buyer know that you will NOt ship until the payment is completed in your PayPal account. It's important to understand your finances and not be pushed by a seller who did not complete the payment.
