I sent a american mate $24 CDN. It's asking her to covert to $17? What is going on? Shouldn't it be converting to USD not asking her to convert backwards?
If you SENT Canadian dollars then she will receive Canadian dollars and if her account is set up in US dollars she will have to convert the currency to accept it.
Why did you not just send USD?? All you have to do is click on USD from the drop down box when you are sending a payment > put in the amount > then before you click submit it will tell you how much in Canadian dollars is debited from your funding source.
