using Visa Travel Money with PayPal

I have a mexican Visa Travel Money

(issued by a mexican bank, obviously)

how can I add some money to my PayPal account from it?

-now i have a US-based account, as the Mexican PayPal just manage mexican pesos even when my VTM is in USD currency-

I need help!! (I wanna buy some stuff on ebay, and most of the sellers just accept Paypal)

-i havent been able to add money, as i dont have a "routing number"-

I'm thinking that what you're trying to do won't work. 😞  In some cases, you can add a prepaid card to PayPal and use it like a normal credit card.  But even that is iffy since prepaid cards in a lot of cases can't pass the verification process.  If the Visa Travel Money has a 16 digit card number on it, you can certainly try to add it to your account; if it has anything other than the 16 digits then it's a no-go.  Sorry.
