Clarification, please?

I've been trying to send money for an online purchase I made. However, when I click continue, I keep getting the following message:

 

"Error: This transaction cannot be completed..."

 

There is no explanation as to why the transaction can't be completed, and I don't see any instructions on what to do in order to complete it. If anyone can help me out, I'll gladly appreciate it. I need to pay for that purchase right away.

Sorry for the frustration that has brought you to our community. 😞

 

I do know that some of the error messages we have can be a bit...vague...and it appears you might've run into one of those.  Your best bet (if the payment hasn't already gone through by now) would be to give our customer service a call so we can review your account and see exactly what's happening.
