I had submitted the documents as suggested (an ID and copy of bank account agreement as the address verification).
For a week it was "in process". Today I login to check the status - it returned back to "to do"!
What is wrong? The files were wrong? Anything else? Should I resubmit the same documents?
Help is worthless. Literally. It responds with "helpful" suggestions that do not contain the answer to the question and a promise to provide a reply if I am not satisfied and respond with a message. Not a single one of my help requests after clarification had been returned. There are THREE already.
EDIT: just tried uploading them again. "We have received the following files". The status is still "to do".
