I'm having the same issue. I have issued invoices and my clients are having issues paying their invoices. They are paying with separate credit cards. Any resolution?
I am having the same issue. I was able to purchase two items and when I went to purchase the third it gave me the same message that you received. It was all being done on the same computer and all purchases were on the same site. I have tried different credit cards and I still get the same message. Is this some type of April fools joke and we were hit by someone taking our credit card information. I have also done this on a different computer and it has not worked. I would send this to support but I am still waiting for another reply that I sent in 2 months ago. I hope some one can help us.
Issue occurs intermittantly using prepaid Visa gift cards from the same orders. 5 of 6 cards worked, next batch of ordered cards 5 of 6 worked, then only 1 of 6 worked. I tried a different Visa prepaid card next from a different bank and it worked.
So therefore, it is not the merchant, the merchants location, my location, my computer, or what I'm trying to buy. It is something specific to the prepaid cards.
I used a Discover card for my Purchases and always have in the past. I have used a Mastercard that I have used before also and it would not work. I would send this to PayPal Help but they don't seem to replay back to me. So it is not just Visa Prepaid cards this effects. Does anybody read this board that is from PayPal. We could use some help please. I also scanned all computers and found no viruses on them.
