Same issue as well. Merchant is the same. Issue occurs intermittantly using prepaid Visa gift cards from the same orders. 5 of 6 cards worked, next batch of ordered cards 5 of 6 worked, then only 1 of 6 worked. I tried a different Visa prepaid card next from a different bank and it worked. So therefore, it is not the merchant, the merchants location, my location, my computer, or what I'm trying to buy. It is something specific to the prepaid cards.
