Can anyone help I sold an item on eBay for 28.30. The buyer states they never received it so I agreed a refund. However when I went to my paypal account it was showing 56.60 negative balance twice the amount the buyer paid. I then checked my bank balance and as well as the 56.60 it is also showing paypal as taking 28.30 so I've paid out 3 times the amount owed. I've checked with the buyer who has only received the 28.30. So where is my 56.60? My paypal balance is showing as 11p so where is it?
What does the specific transaction show for PayPal details. Assuming you refunded from the sale item activity, the item activity should now show that it was refunded, including fees.
